It's like living at a country club. The apartments are beautiful on the inside, and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous. You have a lake to walk around, pool, clubhouse, volleyball, tennis, and the list just keeps on going. I don't have anything negative to say about the complex.

Life couldn't get any better! Extremely responsive staff provides an exceptional level of service. Love the gatehouse where packages can be dropped off when residents are not at home or don't wish to have anyone coming to their front doors. Love fitness center and restaurant and bar on the premises with wifi. Wonderful to have snow removal swing into action well before A. M. and P. M. commute. Wok orders fulfilled promptly. Aesthetically gorgeous - so many residents enjoy taking a walk around the lake. The management at Baytowne has always put there heart into providing a wonderful living experience for their residents, which is why we have lived here for almost 20 years!

My family loved Baytowne apartments. The gated community, the staff and the surroundings were the best in Champaign IL. Parking for friends or visitors was never a issue. It was very safe for my kids to play around and stroll around the pond. There is cafe in Baytowne office where you can get drinks or food at nominal price. Baytowne is located next to Sams and close to almost every shopping center. It is very close to major highways I74, I57 and I72. The staff and maintenance were very polite and attended to requests and emergencies promptly.

Quiet, comfortable, beautiful serene outside environment. Great size for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Plently of storage and closet space. Little old, but maintenace seems to adress issues promptly.

It is a great community to live in. The gated entrance gives me a feeling of security for my family. The monthly activities gives you a chance to meet and make new friends. It is like living in a resort.

The complex grounds and units are very nice. The staff is very helpful. For one who needs to travel for work a bit, the confidence of having the gatehouse is fantastic.

You and your family(even the ones who are away) will feel perfectly relieved with your living safety. Looking out the livingroom window itself makes you feel having a relaxing vacation in a resort. You'll love the quiet & clean atmosphere with well organized ground. There're lots to enjoy in & out the clubhouse all year around. Quick and reliable on site management service adds to the high quality of kind and helpful leasing staffs. This apartments town will give you 99% satisfaction overall.

I really enjoy my living at Baytowne. All of the staff are always very kind and helpful. I feel very safe living in the community. The grounds crew keeps the landscaping looking amazing, and makes it comfortable to walk around and take pleasure in being here. I would highly recommend checking out Baytowne and consider living here in the future.

Very nice apartments that are well-kept. Staff is very good and maintenance is responsive. Have really enjoyed the stay here so far.

I would say it's been a pleasure so far. It's quiet, features lots of amenities, and it's close to everything I need.

I tell everybody about how great it is to live here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. We have a lovely view of the lake and in the evening the sunsets are awesome! The pool and cafe are our favorite places to hang out. The grandkids think we are on a perpetual vacation when they come to visit on the weekend.
